Philosophy

Our youth group is seeking to be a community of Jr. and Sr. Students who take on the attitude of I Thessalonians 5:9-11, which says:

“For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us so that whether we are awake or asleep we might live with him. Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.”

Our greatest desire is share the truth and hope of the gospel and see every student enter into a saving relationship with Jesus. But we are also excited to help them grown in their personal relationship with the Lord and to grow in their love and encouragement of one another.

Practice

We have designed a weekly program that includes a Sunday school class with teaching on books of the Bible. We also cover important topics like how to navigate life in a world of anxiety and how to study your Bible. We also have a Wednesday night youth worship service with a student led band and community group breakouts. We also have a variety of fun monthly events and annual highlights like Student camp in the summer and the weekend D3 Youth conference every winter.
